Griseofulvin p.o., valcyclovir p.o., bactrim DS p.o.
If you want conditioning go for it. Lots of it. Want your
kid to run a Marathon go for it.

In my honedt opinion 3-4 hard workouts lowers the body's immune system. 10-14high school stus otherwise labrum and knee injuries..... day varieties they can handle ----

Jeff Jordan grinds hard in OH, Ken Chertow elevates the technique and I'm sure there are many others. Chertow's finest and he's there the entire time is State College, college town of Penn State.

It is an excellent camp for mental toughness and conditioning. My son went this summer and learned a ton. Not so much in the aspect of new or "flashy" moves, but a lot on refining the skills that he already had.
In it to win it is right, there are a ton of injuries (my son tore his MCL and Meniscus) and there is an excessive amount of cardio work. However I believe my son benefited the most from the mental toughness exercises, and the fact that he basically wrestled an extra season with the amount of live wrestling done there. I asked if he wanted to go back this summer and he is on the fence. He is not sure he wants to go through it again and does not feel that he will learn much more. So for him the risk is not worth the reward. Now he may change his mind later, but I am guessing that he won't.
It is just like any other camp, in that you have to know what you are wanting out of it. If mental toughness, cardio, and a ton of live wrestling is what you want then this is the camp for you. If you want team building, or technique then there are better camps out there, for a lot less money.
