Circuit lift - 1min on w/ 30 sec break
(groups of 2-3 depending on team size)
1- Platform push ups
2- Jump Squat
3- DB Bent over row
4- DB squat to overhead press
5- DB bicep curls
6- Squats with 45lb weight or 35
7- Wall squat
8- Line drills (quick feet drill)
9- Upright row
10- Burpees with med ball
11- Pull Ups
12- Jumping lunges
