Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Ottawa mat masters possible tournament reschedule

If we were to reschedule the ottawa mat masters tournament for Saturday march 9 2013 would there be interest in clubs coming? We have look and Wichita is the closest tournament to the area. We would like to have some feedback if we could so we can see what our options are. Thanks.

Louisburg Kids Wrestling Club likes that date and would attend.

Gardner-edgerton can make it

I will talk to Akin and Phippen but I think East Kansas will be able to bring some kids. I will talk to Ben and Larry from DeSoto as well and see if we can get them in. Moison, can you bring Lawrence Elite too? More to come!

Moison and I are approaching our director and will give you a solid answer today but I would assume we would support our good friends in Ottawa!

Topeka Thunderbird club would be in.

Since the T-Birds are going we will respectfully bow out... j/k Sarah.. Looks as if we have several planning on going to Wichita that weekend but we are going to throw it out to the majority on Tuesday.

Thats ok Scott Collin will take the 67# bracket.

We are talking to the high school today to see if we can get the gym. If we can we will be holding this tournament. Should have an update for you by tonight or tomorrow. I want to thank everyone for your support.
