I don't believe it is pay per view. I can't speak for KSHSAA, but I did announce the 5/6A last year and 4A this year. The same company is doing the filming, but it is being "broadcast" through KSHSAA this year. I'm GUESSING that the reason not all classes are being done is because this company is coming from the Colorado state tournament, which is all done in one venue. It MAY be that to bring enough people/equipment to do three venues would be much too costly. They are based out of Wisconsin.
Another question could be; why isn't another company coming forth to do the 5/6A tournament like has been done for years in 321 and for a couple of years in 5/6A?
I'm in no way representing KSHSAA with my thoughts. Just an observation from a different view.
