This process is typically left up to the head coaches of each club. Room at most seeding meeting is very limited at best. To allow anyone to attend would make the all ready cramped conditions worse, not to mention the added input from a (i.e. dad/parent/fan) will only slow the process down that much more.

if 2 coaches cant figure it out then they chug 6 beers then get on a tricycle and go through an obstacle course. the coach that gets there first or at all gets the better seed. that is new as of this year.
