He's always one to watch out for in 5a in my opinion, but if he's in the same weight class as Deshazer again, he best figure out to stay away from the headlock.

Watching the headlock is a problem for anybody who has to wrestle Deshazer. I watched him hit it at least twice on Baldridge at greco state.
I would have rather wrestled and lost then ever played basketball.

If they are that far apart this year I think Wickham will be fine...not sure who else is at that weight in 5a.

Richard i believe he means at the Senior Prarie Classic in Hays, which you dont have to be a senior to wrestle in.

I believe the Hays Prairie Senior Classic is on the same weekend as the Beloit Invitational, which in year's past has included the Concordia Panthers as an attendee.

Does Hays High meet up with Norton at any tournament or do they dual them again this year? Norton in the past has dualed Kearney and Hays High in the same night. Would love to see Wickham and Madden.

No pressure Rusty, but there is a streak going on for 75 years now. The streak is that the last time someone named Wickham won a high school state title in Kansas was 1930 for Oberlin in the 105lb weight class.
