We are trying to keep up with both tourneys on kcmetroclassic.com, with varying degrees of success, but pretty well. We have some pics that have been text from both sites and most of the results there. It has been fun and Kansas is doing great. Kudo's to Gary Ulmer, Randy Hinderlighter, Chief, Venegas, and all the others that I don't know that are doing the job that none of the rest of us take the time to do. Kansas is doing very very well today and I am proud of them as I am sure all of you out there are as well. Job well done and not yet finished!!

Michael Hughes (42-0) is the first state champion at Smithtown West High School since... former Univesity of Oklahoma head coach, Jack Spates won in 1970! Finals start at 1:00 Central.

Wow. Calvin gets taken down with 2 seconds to go and loses 3-1. IMO Calvin deserved 2 earlier but it was not awarded.
