The JOWC has voted to overrule the Kids’ Executive Council. Schoolboys will be wrestling 3 minute periods, while the Novice, Intermediate and Bantams will wrestle 2 minute periods.
The freestyle passivity rules will be the same for all age divisions (no modification).
