Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle kansas needs more dual tournaments

I have recently moved back to Pa from wichita and my son is wrestling on a dual team every weekend from now till dec 15. Gauranteed 5 matches against kids from other state same state and a team atmosphere. Prices range from 20-35 bucks. This is something that kansas needs to start doing. Run k-8or even k-6 but get it started the benefits far outweigh any negatives. Good luck kansas kids wrestle hard and have fun. Mike pirl

Agreed, I love dual tournaments for kids.

Manhattan Optimist Kids Club is having a Dual Tournament on Sunday December 29th in Manhattan. We had 6 teams last year and can handle more if we get them! No age divisions, just weights starting at 40 and going every 5 lbs to HWT! Really wanted this to be a Club Team Event, not an Allstar team but everyone is welcome!
