First of all State Packets were handed out at the seeding meeting on Wendsday and if Minneapolis is in question for avoiding people then what about Owings dommination of Madden in the finals when they were never close in there other matches this year. The Phannestiel kid should have been beat in the quaters and again in the semis. He took like 4 shots in those matches combined to the other guys like 30 shots in each match. The Bellville kid got screwed. Phanenstiel's shots were to the out of bounds just to be safe and I remember hearing Coach Ray say to Hauserman "you better not try that in the middle of the mat. When you wrestle Hoxie sorry to say that wont be a factor they will beat you all over the mat

This may not matter but Thibault has 2 wins over Hauserman and Hille both. And he has beaten Younkin I think once this year. A big sleeper is Kingsbury from Smith Center Ive also learned you dont count out anyone from St. Francis. Gabel will have them ready

yeah i'm sure Madden threw the match so he could wrestle the #1 ranked wrestler in the state in the semi's

and who are you to say Bo shouldent have won he wrestled hard and his opponent wrestled hard, if those guys shot 30 times then why dident they score more points than him and win the match.... hmmmmmmmm maybee it is because bo was a "good enough wrestler" to block off their shots and get the takedown himself. also maybe he only needed to shoot 4 times. Where do you get off sayin one guy isint good enough to beat another guy (obviously he was)

it's like the smell on your fingers when you get done itching your big toe

Yes Bo won but Wendall from Beloit didnt get a single call and in the semis Munich deserved to win. He outwrestled Phanenstiel. Whats your comeback for coach Ray telling Hauserman not to try nething in the center of the match dont deny it its on tape. And why wouldnt Madden try his luck with a kid from the east noone knows nething about. When him and Farber are back and forth and in state anything can happen. Why not wrestle a kid you dont know. You guys are just covering up things now and making excuses You know how it feels when one of your wrestler is accused of throwing a match so think about drennan and people accusing him

Back to the Drennan ordeal, it would be dumb for any wrestler to throw a match away, but if he DID throw this match it would be so he could see how englebert of beloit did against johnson, i think he wanted to watch that match, but i still have faith in drennan, i dont think he would just throw a match, because if he really wanted to he could see how johnson wrestles first hand and then use that to beat him at state, where it counts.

To me, Drennan doesn't look smart enough to do that. Let's all cut out this talk of throwing matches and people not deserving to win and such, cuz all of it is simply ludicrous and assinine. The Belleville kid should have another crack at Bo maybe, if he wants to prove that he "should" have won. Bo shot many times in that match, and the Belleville kid just tried to rely on his strength and tie up forever and hold Bo there. I don't know how you can say Bo didn't shoot if you were watching the same match that I was.

How can you say that Madden threw the match when one doesn't know how the brackets match up, they change them every year. By throwing the match he had a 50-50 chance of having farber on his side and bye not throwing it he had a 1 in 3 chance of having Farber on his side. Don't take anything away Owings is a very good wrestler.

At norton, we would rather have our kid wrestle their hoxie opponent in the semis or quarterfinals. Especially in the madden vs. farber case, therefore in hopes that madden would win, it would give norton more points and send farber to the backside(less points). Norton will need all the points they can get and no way would they prefer to wrestle hoxie in the finals over anywhere else.
