Registration is open for the Tournament of Champions on February 1st in Salina. Registration will be open until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25th.

• We will not be paying attention to the tenths of a pound at weigh-in once again. If your 64 pound wrestler weighs in at 64.9, he/she makes weight.

• We also will be following the Kids Bylaw rule that requires a silhouette form needs to have a doctors letterhead or prescription form attached to it. Please make sure to have this at weigh-in if you have a possible skin issue. In years past I have had to send people to StatCare or the emergency room to get this because they didn’t know this was a rule.

• Trackwrestling will be used to run the entire tournament.

• Trophies will be handed out to the top 6 placers in each weight class. Custom team plaques will be awarded to the top two teams in each age division as well as the overall team.

• Weigh-ins will be Friday night from 6:30-8:30p.m., and Saturday from 6:00-7:00a.m. at the Bicentennial Center.

Sorry, can you explain this a little better? (........ doctors letterhead or prescription form attached to it.......) we've always just had the skin form???

Thanks for not Jacking up the price of your tournament. Hard working Americans appreciate you for not being greedy. After Track Wrestling, facility rent, trophies for 1st-6th,......$23 is just right. Keep up the great work!!!! More tournament directors need to follow your lead.

Sure. According to rule 4-2-3 of the Kansas Kids By-Laws the skin form must have a physicians letterhead or prescription pad form attached to the skin form to be valid.

We've had wrestlers in years past that had the skin form without having the letterhead or prescription pad form attached to it and had to send them to StatCare or the emergency room. Just trying to make sure nobody gets caught off-guard when they show up to weigh-ins.

Just a reminder that the deadline for signups is this Saturday, January 25th at 9:00 p.m. The wrestler list will be available for viewing starting Friday, January 24th at 7:00 p.m. on Trackwrestling.
