Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School Mat Returns

Cans someone point me to the rules on returning the wrestler to the mat. I'm seeing a lot of what I thought were illegal mat returns at every tournament this year and the referee's don't seem to be calling it so either the rule has changed from when I wrestled back in the day where you had to have your knee down before the wrestler hit the mat or the rule has changed.
