Okay all you experts, I need clarification. Can a middle school wrestler go to an open room practice, or is that against the rules. I asked the middle school coach, and he says they can't participate in another team practice. Does that mean the open room is okay. Thanks for any help.

They can not attend an open room. They can not even attend a session like those ran by Purler.
