What is the biggest shock of the regional tournaments? The one that WOW'ed me was Zach Hoskins (145 STA) not making the podium at the Pittsburg 5A regional.

We get it bigdaddy650r, you want Toelkes to be ranked #1 in all class. He's awesome but for the love of God stop posting his record and pins every day.

Take it easy Steve. He's just a grandpa who's proud of his grandson.

Why? Is it that big of a bother for you Steve? I think he has a legit reason to want his boy at #1.

Agreed. STA only brought 6 guys, which hurts and 2 of their ranked guys, #5 Hoskins and #2 Elbrader get stunned.

IMO it was Mike Kasson winning the Regional Championship at WaKeeney. Not only did win the championship but beat an undefeated wrestler to do so.

Now, the REST of the Story. . . Mike started the year as the Norton JV wrestler at 145. When our varsity 152,Gavin Lively, got injured Mike challenged for 152 and bumped up.

By anyone's definition he has had a very solid season.

Of course he has a legit reason to want his boy at #1. And he probably is with Scott losing to Zeller (I heard that was an awesome match by the way). I have seen Toelkes this year and he is legit, but to post his record and pins every day is bit excessive is all I'm saying. Still, I would love to see him wrestle Scott. That would be a good match.

Beeson,

I liked it better when you ignored me. It's better for you, me, and Cokeley that way.

We don't always get what we like. Some things tend to get under my skin worse than others. Usually I just chalk it up to ignorance, but in my opinion you were just being rude there, whether it was intentional or not.

I'd have to put Elbrader taking 4th right up there. The kid is a stud.

The word is he suffered a concussion a few weeks back. He didn't wrestle in the EKL, so it must have been before that.

That's a bummer. Kid is a senior.
