No weight allowance is to be allowed at any district qualifying tournament.

Weigh-in times have not always been the same in all four districts.
so our subs can do what ever else we want since all districts are not doing all the same
All districts have not been the same for many years. District II has split session tournaments while other Districts may or may not. In the interest of brevity I will not continue to provide differences between District Tournaments
