Some other state associations have recognized that these are different sports and allow high school folkstyle coaches to work with their athletes in freestyle and Greco-Roman. KSHSAA has taken the position that these are the same sport. I believe that this is incorrect, but nothing short of a lawsuit would likely result in a change.
