The Kansas Freestyle/Greco Regional Training Centers will start this Tuesday March 24, 2015. Training centers are open to all age levels that have a USA Card.
Times: 6:30 pm -8:00 pm

1. Proper Gut Wrench Technique
2. Gut Defense Technique
3. Finishing Takedowns on feet and fast
4. Takedown transition to turn
5. Live Situations

2) Is this Tuesday Mar 24 only or are there other days scheduled too?
3) If this is not a one time session, will this run through summer?

5) Do you just show up or do you need to reserve time and/or bring a partner?

Seaman has scheduled most Tuesday nights through Fargo for RTC. A complete schedule will be handed out tomorrow night. I think periodically(mayby once a month) they will goto St James and take part there.

MISSION: To effectively communicate, teach, and offer Freestyle/Greco training opportunities to the USAWKS members. The Kansas training plan will be a standard foundation taught to all areas of the state for male and female, Kid, Schoolboy, Cadet, and Junior Level Wrestlers.
