3 alternate spots left

Any one who wrestled in the qualifying tournament can now volunteer

I'd prefer the 3 spots be filled in 70, 95, 130 or 160 (we only had 5 in the tournament at 140)

If we have to, we can take more than one alternate in a couple weight classes
