The Maize Wrestling Club will be hosting a weekly Folkstyle open room beginning tomorrow night and running through the summer (and possibly even up until the start of next season). Anyone with a current USA Wrestling card is welcome to attend.
As of now the open rooms will be conducted on Wednesday nights from 5:45-7:30 in the Maize High wrestling room. We typically work on agility/strength training/cross-training for 45 min, 60 min of drilling/technique, and 15 min or so of live and conditioning.
Note: there is a conflict with the room this week, so we'll be opening up the Maize South High wrestling room (entrance around back on SW corner). Same times.

The Maize Wrestling Club will be hosting 2 open rooms this week:
Monday, 7.20 - 5:45-7:30
and
Wednesday, 7.22 - 5:45-7:30
Both practices will be held at Maize High School
Anyone is welcome, but our focus will be on the high schoolers that are competing at the TX duals at the end of this week. Lots of live and conditioning.
