Everyone is welcome to try out a session to see if they feel it will benefit their son. These sessions are all about technique, positioning, and are technical and drill intensive. Having spent 14 years in a division 1 wrestling room as a coach and athlete, I understand the importance of becoming a technical expert at the core positions of the sport, and to learn how to 'wrestle for position' opposed to points.
