Why is that hard to believe? You become successful by having options at a junior college. If you have some turd that thinks he is all that but doesn't get the grades, move the next guy in. This coaching staff has done a great job of selling young men on buying in. Guys stay loyal and don't typically try to leave after a year, unless they are like the 5th stringer kid, and even many of those stick around. You should always have around 30-40 on a roster, but...some issues in the district is the KJCCC schools (some) are being told not to recruit out of Kansas either.

I think it's great! Joe is obviously (bar none) one of the best coaches in the nation. It just seems like a lot of wrestlers for a small school...They can't all have scholarships can they??? Seems like there will be a lot of kids on the team without ever getting varsity mat time too.

They can only have 20 on national letter of intents, so the rest are considered walk ons.
