Today at the Salina tournament of champions we had six referees no call no show. This put a heavy burden on every single referee today that had over a 100 matches at eac Mat. Now in this post I'm not asking for any coaches opinion on how a referee is doing. I simply am suggesting some kind of system that holds referees accountable who no call now show. Just like when we eject a person out, there is paper work filled out and you're bared from wrestling for X amount of days. Referees who no call no show need to be excluded from the following tournament and or fined.

A partial of this thread I wrote was unfair of me to say. The Salina wrestling club did compensate me for my job today. It is none of my business what the club does with the money they bring in from the tournament. I was paid a good wage for the long day even despite the no shows which is originally what the post is about. Everyone with the SWC does a good job on and
Off the mat and they have also been so good about getting the hospitality room in order.
