Folks,

Make no mistake spring and summer time wrestling make you a better wrestler in the winter. We see the data points every weekend rather I am with my youth club in Rose Hill or coaching for Derby High.

Freestyle and Greco is during a busy time with soccer and baseball yet the exposure to the Olympic Styles is second to none.

Every year we expand bringing in wrestlers as far west as Garden Plain, south to Ark City, east to Atlanta (Kansas of course), and north to Emporia. If you have a great attitude, want to work hard, and no kidding get better then come see us we will practice through Southern Plains. For those heading to Fargo and Atlanta you can bet we will still be getting it in on those mats.

A short three years ago we started with 10-15 wrestlers and now have grown to over 90+ in the spring and summer. And trust me when I say we don't plan to stop bringing in kids that have a desire to get better.

What: Freestyle & Greco Wrestling
When: March 27th-June 1st (we don't joke starting Monday after Kids State Tournament)
Where: Punisher Training Facility
Monday and Wednesday 6-7:30: HS Wrestlers
Monday and Wednesday 6-7:30 1st Year Freestyle & Greco
Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30: Intermediate
Cost: $70/per wrestler (includes a shirt and shorts; multiple wrestlers family we will work a discount)
