I found this decision interesting, especially since Fresno State is reinstating wrestling. I thought the sport was beginning to gain some traction in the west. I fear others could follow. Arizona State tried to eliminate their program. Thankfully, major donors rescued it. Although Oregon State has a solid program, there aren't many more DI programs near Corvallis.
