Does Kansas offer opportunities for our top Juniors and Cadets to travel as a team overseas each year?

Chris,

They used to do cultural exchanges I have inquired quite a bit on this. Since 9/11 they have stopped. There is nothing to stop us for doing them again as I believe there would be an interest however very expensive. I did one back in the early 1990s.
