Combining awareness of the athletes body type with logic, math and physics based application of technique and detailed focus and instruction on body position and movement are the predominant reasons training from Wrestling Prep and Carolyn Wester culminates in the large results athletes, their parents and competition placings signify.

Lunch Break 12:00pm -1:00pm
Session 2: 1:00pm-3:00pm
Cost: $60 for the weekend $30 for one day (no preregistration required)
