Fort Hays Wrestling will be holding their annual camp on June 17th-20th. We can fit up to 8 mats on the floor if need be in the Coliseum and we have some fantastic clinicians! Some of the clinicians include Anthony Scantlin (3X KS State Champion) of Mulvane, Aryus Jones (KS State Champion and 4X Placer) of Junction City, Jonathon Ball (KS State Champion & 3X State Placer) of Hoisington, Brandon Ball (NCAA All-American & 4X KS State Champion) of Hoisington and many more!

Camp Registration will be in McMindes Hall from 4-5 pm on Sunday! Please make sure to make a list of everything you will need to bring!

Bed Linens
Pillow
Swim Suit
towel
Bathroom kit
Wrestling clothes
Shoes/headgear
etc!!!

4:00-5:00 Registration (McMindes Hall)
5:00-6:00 Dinner in Lobby (Camp meeting for rules & expectations)
7:00-8:30 Orientation (Dress in Wrestling attire) Gross Coliseum
10:15 In your room
10:30 Lights Out

Monday and Tuesday
A.M.
7:30-8:30 Breakfast
8:45 Roll call in gymnasium
9:00-11:00 Instruction, as soon as you arrive at assigned gym:
-Drills—(on own) & partner
-Fundamentals
-Offensive Technique
-Technique of Specific positions
-Live wrestling
P.M.
11:30-12:45 Lunch (Memorial Union)
1:00 Rest, free time, and swimming (Gross Coliseum/Aquatic park)
2:30 Roll call in gymnasium
2:30-4:30 Instruction Technique
-Rest, free time, individual wrestling instruction also offered
5:00-6:00 Dinner (Memorial Union)
7:15 Roll call in gymnasium
7:15-8:30 Live Wrestling/Individual Instruction//Competitions
10:15 In your room
