GHW 4th semester starts on Tues., Aug. 21st. Tuesdays & Thursdays at Park Hill from 6-7:45pm & Sundays at Oak Park from 2-4pm. Register onsite. Both youth & HS wrestlers are invited to participate no matter of their club or school affiliation. More info at www.ghwrestling.com

We get started back up again tonight! Any and all are welcome. Numerous wrestlers from some of the best clubs and high schools from both Missouri and Kansas. Three different training options offered in the preseason. We will have a full room comprised of both youth and high school wrestlers.
