I first met both parents back in 2013 when they had just moved from Kentucky. They were very new to the sport. And were excited about Darius getting into wrestling. Darius and Aiden wrestled a lot throughout the years. The Amrein's hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to Darius and his family. Hopefully the wrestling community can be there for this young man.
Darius was 321A state placer this year as a freshman, and a kids state champion in 14U.
