USAWKS will be hosting a mini training camp that will serve as preparation to qualify for your perspective age group dual teams and Fargo. The first Regional Training Center will be hosted at Bonner Springs High School MAY 3RD, 4TH.

Schedule is Tentative
Friday May 3rd – 7pm
• Check-in- Practice #1 Greco Roman- Throws and Greco Roman scores from feet- Coach Clint Slyter

Saturday May 4th-
• 830am Practice #2 10am Technique and Drilling – Freestyle attack and transitions – Coach Cody Garcia

• 1230pm Practice #3 Greco Roman Positioning and par terre

• 4pm Practice #4 TBD.

Sunday May 5th – Wrestle at War on 54 @ Newman University.

This is something new we are trying. There are of a number of states that use a similar model. By getting our best wrestlers together we can see what areas we need to focus on for upcoming regionals, duals, and Fargo.

We hope to provide a great training experience!

Coach Venegas,

Would you guys like to hold a weigh-in for War On 54 following the conclusion of your training camp?
