I am interested in training and competing in wrestling but unsure where to begin. I am in my 40's. I missed the sunflower state games but wasnt sure what else is out there. I found a few tournaments in Minnesota in the spring time. Thanks

I sent you a pm but you might not be here anymore or you do not get notification of a message. Just moved to OP and wondering if you or anyone else might be competing in the Sunflower games? Not sure of anywhere to train around here. I see ATT has wrestling fundamentals or something once a week. Really looking for more than that.
