Please join the Newton Wrestling Club on Saturday Feb. 15, 2020 for our annual open wrestling tournament. Please review the flyer as it has changed from the original Flyer put out a few months ago.

Entry Fee: $20.00 (Non-refundable)—All Payments will be done with credit card or debit card through Trackwrestling. Deadline: February 12, 2020 (11:59 p.m.). Registration will be limited to the first 500 entries. Medals awarded for places 1st-4th. There will be no novice divisions, open only.

Rules: This is a USAW sanctioned tournament. USAW Membership Cards Required. Kansas High School rules with Kansas Kids modifications. Age as of September 1, 2019. All wrestlers must weigh-in in a singlet.

We reserve the right to combine weights as necessary for bracketing.

Friday home site weigh-in must occur on February 14, 2020. All wrestlers must weigh-in in a competition singlet, perform nail and skin checks. Please email me the name and email of one person from each team/club to serve as statistician to enter exact weights through Trackwrestling and email any scratches by Friday 8:00 p.m. No Saturday weigh in. 6U, 10U and 14U groups begin wrestling at 9:00 a.m. 8U and 12U begins after morning session ends at approximately 1 p.m.

When registering please add the separation criteria A, B, C, D. We will not have an novice division but will separate by skill level.

Placing 1-4 with 3" custom Newton Wrestling medal and champion will receive the Bracket. Will bracket round robins and 8 man scrambles.

Limited to first 500 paid entries.
