I will be hosting a cradle clinic this Sunday at 1pm in the Lyons Wrestling room. The clinic will run about 2.5-3 hours, and primarily be focused on technique.
The clinic will be at Lyons wrestling room on February 23 starting at 1pm. Located at Central Middle School at 498 W Lincoln St. Lyons, KS. Use North Parking lot and enter from Northeast doors.
