Do not be surprised if you are not allowed to assist or "role" roll around with them. KSHSAA disapproves of these types of activities for school liability purposes.

Isn't their an exception to the rule if it's your own alma mater though? I know they had all sorts of rules and stuff in the last year. I know some coaches love the help and make you sign a liability waiver and stuff, but when I was at Butler I would go in and work out with Bottorf's team at Circle.
