Who do you think will emerge in 4a this year at 152?

Personally I think that Ross Taplin will be a force to reckon with. I think that the preseason ranks were a little off considering that Taplin(6th) beat Wiscombe(4th) last year in the state tournament. To me, this seems a little off.

Both of these guys could beat some of the guys ranked ahead of them I think. This should be a good weight class to watch at the state tourn this year.

Luedke is going to wrestle 145 but sharpe from Colby is going to go to 52 after chrismas and he will have a good shot and he is ranked #1 right now.

63 I have to agree with you about the rankings. I didn't understand that myself beens Ross beat Justin twice last year but Ross is up there where he belongs now. 152 does look to be a tough class, depending on where Leudkee goes. But then again, Sharp will probably go 52. I saw Franks at Colby duels and he looked tough. Throw Buck in the mix and it makes a tough bunch. Being from the east, it denfinately is wrestling country out there. Hope we get to go back next year.

I would expect Corrine to say something like that, this is not a place to tell everyone you have a crush on someone its a wrestling forum

Well, our 152 pounder is Wyatt Curl, hes pretty good, and extremly strong, but i dont know how hes ganna do at state, i know he'll get past regionals. Jessie Strawn from holton, is just a freshmen, but i wouldnt rule him out! Hes very good. Hes a calm wrestler, but very good. He beat some guy that got like 3rd in state last year, at a tourny a while back ago. I wouldnt rule him out for state just because hes a freshmen

i think wiscombe and taplin will be a match to watch, they dont meet until state this year.wiscombe will be out for blood because of how the match went at state lastyear. also i think that taplin and buck will be a good match to watch because of their styles of wrestling. at 4a152 the rankings dont mean a thing, not like they mean something for any other weight but especially for 4a152.
