Who will be the best 140 or 145 pounders in the state? It doesn't matter 1-2-3a,4a,5a,6a.

140lbs&145lbs have several kids that have been or are currently ranked in the Nation
140lbs. looks to take over last years tough 130lbs. weight division if the kids end up where the preseason talk indicates. At 140lbs. you could have Zousas, Wilderman, Grater, Terrel, Sharpe, Hill
145lbs will be a tough one also with Bogart, Allison, Johnson, Pyle, Drennan, Luedke
just to name a few!!

Mainly guesswork, but there are several sites where coaches have sent in their team previews that have listed where their wrestlers plan to go. Don't confuse this message board for anything serious, it's just a way for people to express their thoughts and opinions.

I'll be at 145. I broke my ankle 4 weeks ago in football, and Im getting my cast of the 26th. I have about a month of pyhsical training. I don't really know how im ganna do when I get back but hopefully I'll make it to state.

BTW I know that matt pyle will definatly be there, I talked to his brother about 10 min ago and he said hes wrestling at 145 this year.

yeah, jeremy terrell is going to win it this year, hes got everthing it takes, plus hes got one of the best coaches in kansas coaching him.

I watched Kevin wrestle at the CMSU pre-season tournament, I wasn't to impressed, but it was pre-season so we will see when the season starts.

does any one know for sure what weight johnson, pyle, and drennan are going. that would be an awesome bracket to watch if all three wound up in the same weight.

some good ones have been mentioned, but stu bogart is the top 140lber. he went undefeated and punked the guy in the finals of state last yr. watch for him to roll over the competition.

I have noticed that alot of talented wrestlers seem to be goin to 145 this year. Is that becouse guys that think they might have a shot at a state title are are trying to stay away from bogart.
