Let me throw out a hat ville native...Mike Bammes. Now, he was a hell of a wrestler, but every time he looks at the top of his head he lets out a shrill that sends dogs into fits.
As for the best dressed coaches: our new basketball coach is often seen in a sweatervest at practice. Take that for what it's worth.

Anybody know who the Junction City kid was that was allowed to call an injury timeout while being taken down against Chapman? It was the most wuss thing I've ever seen...the ref should have given some sort of point for the Chapman wrestler.

boach, give us some squealer highlights from the melvin douglas tourney. I believe there was a heavy that bowled over some cheerleaders as well---

this is totally off subject,, but this past weekend i was watching the minneapolis tourney,, and at the 189 # finals,, the kid from minneapolis started gushing blood out of his eye,, and started walking off the mat,, and a kid from wakeeney tackled him from behind,, it was the most girlish thing i have ever seen,, and then the kid from wakeeney,, started staring the minneapolis guy down like he was tuff or somthin

hwt & michael, i know what appeared to be a cheap shot was within the rules, as it was state the whistle had not blown and thus the match was still going on, neither did he know the kid was cut, but i'm not saying it was the best thing to do, but don't you wrestle till the whistle? He did wrestle till the whistle and got off of him when he was supposed too, but he did not stare him down either, i'm not sure what match you watched, but he glanced at him to see how bad it was, he then proceeded to his coaches as most wrestlers do in blood time, but it was a very heated match at times with plenty of action, overtime was one to watch and that's how it should be, Malay never quit, as neither did Donovan, both should be commended on that aspect, but as for you claim of "girlishness" i'm not so sure
