Hoxie and Manhattan met in six head-to-head matches at Beloit.
103 Bingham M dec Farber 9-2
119 Baker H by fall over Potter
145 Schamberger H dec Johnson 4-3
160 Campbell H dec Bunker 5-1
189 Hill M dec Cooper 4-2
215 Jennings maj dec Pratt 16-7
Hoxie was open at 275
So at that point it would have been Manhattan 16 Hoxie 10
112 Woodford M placed 3rd Schamberger H placed 5th
125 Spillman H placed 1st Retta M placed 5th
130 Gilliland H placed 1st Miller M DNP

Hoxie finished higher in 5 of the remaining 7 weights. It appears as though Hoxie matches up pretty well against Manhattan's line-up - but without head-to-head match ups who knows.

I feel Clay Center's strengths match-up better with Hoxie than Manhattan's do - even though Manhattan beat Clay Center in their dual.
Based on the Beloit line-ups it appears - and assuming (big assumption!) similar results - Hoxie and Clay Center may come down to bonus points earned.
kswrestler101 had Clay Center winning at 125 and that would be a tough one every time out - as would 135 and 140 - but Spillman beat Close in the finals at Beloit at 125. He also had Hoxie losing at 145, but Schamberger pinned them there in the head-to-head match-up at Beloit. That would equate to a pretty big team point swing. Would also have to question the fall pick at 140. Grater is tough, but Schippers and Morris are always close and Morris and Grater have gone to sudden victory twice - seem pretty evenly matched. 112 wrestled with Caldwell winning 2-0. kswrestler 101 picked a fall there.
Only thing for certain is that Hoxie vs. Clay Center and Hoxie vs. Manhattan would be a great ones!
These what-ifs are pretty fun. Too bad we won't see them go for real.
