Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School 2006 All Star team?

All tough wrestlers. Although Hardy can't beat Strawn. Kellerman can't beat Jonas. Altman can't beat Hansen. Ely can't beat Perez or Shumate, even though Aaron looked great this summer and it might be close. If Hase wrestles 103, then I could see him in the lineup.

Kellerman was undefeated last year.
Wat about Baker from Hoxie?
Madden should be on the list.

What about Jordan Gienger he has beat younkin numerous times and has only been beat by him once.

While Clay is good, if you want him on the list you must put on Brett Bahe of Goodland. Last year in their couple meeting Bahe won both.

Going by records in HS and performance, you would have to take Kelly Younkin as he was an undefeated Freshman in 321A. Gienger of St. Francis is good but didn't win state. That could by why Kelly was chosen over Jordan.

Isn't Clay a 3-timer so far? I think that's worthy of being on the list. You, Bronco Wrestler, are an idiot for saying he's not that good when you didn't even place.

Did Levi Younkin graduate? I wasn't talking about Kelly. Shows you how much I know about 321A. Kelly wouldn't be on the team.

A 3 timer in 321A is great but he still can't beat Hansen. Who were his 3 losses this year?

I have already made my point for him not being included on the list. So I will say it again for those too ignorant to do some reading. Clay Madden was defeated by Brett Bahe 2 times last year. So before I would put Madden on there I would put Bahe on first. He's very good, as are all 3x's but to be beat not once in a fluke but 2 by the same kid in the same year, I would have to go with Bahe.

I believe Madden's 3 losses were:

2- Brett Bahe Goodland
1- a Kid from Kearny Neb. in a dual with Hays/Kearny/Norton

The loss to the kid from Kearny was pretty bad if my memory serves me right... a major decision?

However, Steven is closer to 225 than 215 right now.

He is a little taller and he spent the summer working in a Grain Mill. He does not have much fat on him.

I am hoping that the football season brings him back down a hair.

Our goal is to be at 215 but we will wait and see...

madden lost to metzler to at newton

171's gonna be a little tougher than 140 was last year for him though. He's a really good wrestler, but I think Erisman would dominate him.

Alex Kelly didnt place as a freshman. Jordan on the other hand did, and i forgot about Jordan.

That will weaken our 189 spot, I'll change the line-up. Looks like he has a great future ahead of him. Good luck next year!
