I asked about this a couple years ago at the kids level but I must of not had a good reason to get anything done. So I ask- I know the kids have to have something to cover the laces- why not make shoe bands in Red and Green to cover the laces. That way the ugly tape isn't wasted. I know most shoes come with covers already but having a pair of Red and a pair of Green seemed like a good diea at the time.

Only bring this up because I have jr High kids that tape their shoes and it looks ugly to me.

I like it. It sounds very practical and also more cost effective and environmentally sound. There could be a patent on the line here.

I think that we should have red and green bands made out of the same material as fruit roll ups. Watch those guys go at it then.

Hmmm yummy? In theory that would work BUT who is green and who is red is not decided soon enough..can you imagine jr. high kids trying to do that all before a match..heavens...their attention span could not handle it. I like the fruit roll up idea.

SURE...then we wouldn't have to worry about ringworm or impetigo. The "flu" would run rampant..intestinal difficulties lol. Can anyone say....ecoli? With all the sharing of pre-match poo...ummm be afraid...be very afraid.

I like the tape on the shoelaces...it matches the rest of the tape on my shoes.

Yeah, Kenny cause those shoes are so old they have to have tape on them to keep them from falling apart while you're wrestling.

Great idea with the red and geen fruit rollups ..... we can include both packaged inside each box of the NEW and IMPROVED cereal for wrestlers, DOMINANT TOASTIES!

can they be biscuit and gravy flavored

what if they have to make weight the next day, you might not be able to eat them, that sucks, oh just make them like ultra low fat!!!
