I just want to get everyones opinion about having certification in December. My opinion is that is give less time to lose weight... those who are gonna lose weight will have to cut down faster... If a kids who weigh 150 can lose up to ten percent of their body weight... at two pounds a week that would take 7 weeks (if the weight loss is done correct) the new changes only give the kids 5 weeks (Nov 15-Dec 18). The change has some good and bad sides to it. Wrestlers and Coaches post your opinion (excuse any errors)
Be glad you get the two pounds, regardless of when it happens. The bigger concern is how many kids actually make the scratch weight more than once. Otherwise, why even bother with the growth allowance.
before christmas i only had to make my scratch weight 2 times. and now im so much under my 2 pounds its not even funny and i cut like 32 lbs. to make 189 im glad we got the cert. before christmas cause i get to eat
