It is always hard to say.
Abilene would have been interesting because Ponderosa's two best kids were probably their 130# and 160#. The 130# played with Schamberger and then pinned him (total domination) and the 160# dominated Campbell. Who wins those matches in a dual with Abilene?? Would be fun to watch.
Ponderosa has some places that a team could take advantage of. For instance, some of the weights that they won against Hoxie that they didn't seem that great at were 103, 135, 145, 189, 215, and their 275 (HX open) didn't look that tough, but that can be deceiving.
They were not bad at these weights by any means, just not as amazing as they were at other weights.
Here is the frightening thought, a few people said after the dual that Ponderosa wrestled their J.V. guys at a few weights, but I don't know which ones.
Overall, I don't think I have seen a team in Kansas that could beat Ponderosa in a dual or a tournament for that matter. It will be interesting to see how close the Kansas teams can hang with them at Garden City this weekend.
