IF Garcia and Harding win their next matches they will face ach other and then the winner of that will have Bahe waiting for them. That scenario will eliminate two Kansans anyway it folds out!

Jordan Bedore lost in the 275 pound championship quarterfinals by an overtime decision. His cross bracketing drops him into the same consolation quarterfinal as Tony Lewis would be, if Lewis were to win his next two. Bedore and Lewis would then wrestle to determine who earns All-American honors.

The Jordan Leen kid is Mark Leens son. Mark was the UTC head coach until he was "RESIGNED". I think money coming up short was an issue. But Jordan is a very good wrestler.

As of 8:00, it appears that KS still has six wrestlers alive, though Bahe v. Garcia and possible Lewis v. Bedore will shave that number. Most recent losses (not shown on KS Team Link) are: Steinmetz lost by dec. 6-4 Dennis lost by decision 8-6 Knipp LBF
Team score still has us at #17 tied with ..... oh my ..... oklahoma .....

As best as I can determine, Kansas has two still alive on the back side, Mathieu Gilliland and Jordan Bedore. Both are one match away from the consolation medal round. If each wins their first match tomorrow, they are guaranteed no worse than eighth (8th) place and All-American status.

Does anybody have a rundown of the Bahe v. Garcia match...how the scoring went...that would be awesome to know, sucks that Kansas guys end up eliminating each other though.

Okay, Bedore getting pinned in 2 minutes is a little scary. Congrats to him and Gilliland for being the only two placers from Kansas.
