This was prolly one of the best finals match this weekend and im looking forward to seeing this match at state again. They both wrestled a good match and it shouldve went to O.T. but a bad call by the ref kept Davis from winning that match.

I don't think it is a given that they will meet in the finals. Davis has a very tough 1st round match with Bobby Dennis. Wise has Brett Hille on his side of the bracket either one of them could be beat.

I thought it was a shame the ref gave the stalling point and the match to Wise. I hope there's a rematch this weekend. I've only watched Wise wrestle two matches, but think Hille has a chance against him.

I didn't see the match so I don't have an opinion on it. I like wrestling to be aggressive and like to see it rewarded. HOWEVER!! Too often in the state tourney, the ref is quick to warn or penalize the guy who is ahead. Yes, I know the guy that is ahead is more likely to be stalling. Still, I think too often the ref does it way too easily when it isn't all that obvious.

Personaly I thought the point wouldn't of probably been given if it had been anybody else but Jamal.I think his past behavior and some of his unsportmanship attitude caught up with him....even tho this year he has been better.I do not think it was a fair call.He wrestled a good match and I think the refs should of let the wrestlers decide who won that match,not them.

Is it me or are we seeing alot more of the matches being desided by the refs. aka stalling. It seems to me they got a green light to call it and now if your ahead by one you had better plan on going to ot because the ref is going to tie it up.
