I realize it is common for an individual to lose twice to the same person during the same state tournament.

And also know that people often meet at the state meet during subsequent years.

But am curious to know how many people have lost to the same arch nemesis at the big dance on three or four occassions.

I know of one - Tad Greer lost to Jordan Bedore as a sophomore, junior and senior at the state meet.

How many others are there?

Another thing with Greer and Bedore... Tad always gave Jordan his closest match at state...

Greer only beat me 6-3. Therefore, he's garbage. Ha.

Ross Taplin of Abilene and Jesse Strawn of Holton met twice in the state finals the last two years with Ross winning both of them.

Chenoweth and Grater had two good matches, in the quarterfinals last year with Grater winning 8-5 and the semifinals two years ago with Grater winning again 7-3.

Beau Tillman I believe met the same person in the final for three or four years. Beating him 3 times and losing to him only his Junior year.

Wrong, Tillman wrestled Jeremy Long his Junior year and lost to him, he wrestled someone else the other 3 years.
