My son was in the 6U 49 at Topeka over the weekend. He wrestled a kid from Topeka in the 49 class but the child had been marked with a 52 lbs on his arm. Looking at this child, there was no way he was close to 49 lbs. The same child did the same thing a couple tournaments back and won. I'm not whinning because my son lost (not to this kid but to another kiddo) but there seems to be something wrong here. I brought this to the attention of a coach who's kid was about to wrestle this 52 pounder. He went to the head table but was told "they hadn't weighed the kid in" and the mark must "have been a mistake." Please...Anyone know where and how can this be addressed. Thanks.
