I have a friend that dry heaves regularly in most activities he does. Whether its from nervousness or him being out of shape it usually happens running. So I was just wondering what everyone did during the offseason to keep in shape.

I think that dry-heavers should keep their little pity party to themselves, unless they can actually work up some physical evidence that they were gagging, like say, a large pile/puddle of vomit. I don't know why really, but I despise dry-heavers, I guess it's just a pet peeve of mine.

..... .... is an allaround good guy! (Is that better, sir?)

Thats just gross. I have seen many people upchuck during high school including once this year when a wrestler from Abilene put a tight waist on a guy then the guy just did his business all over the brand new mat.

I think I speak for all of us when I say that if he did it on an Abilene mat, more power to him.

(Actually, most people from Abilene I know are fine, respectable people. Why you represent yourselves with only Igel Nisom on the forum, I don't know. You should get the Chamber of Commerce to get someone to present a more positive image of the town.)
