St. Thomas Aquinas, Kansas City Turner, Santa Fe Trail, and Bishop Carroll are all very solid dual teams.

Bishop Carroll is also a very good tournament team. They have some very impressive freshmen to go with their older wrestlers making them fairly solid.

Manhattan is usually a very solid dual team. They haven't had many dominating wrestlers, but coach woodford has put together a great program there and it seems like they have a state qualifier/placer at every weight.

I wouldn't put Hoxie on this list this year. They haven't done that well in duals this season.

Jeff Peterson is a must for any quality dual team.

Ark City and Salina South are also good duel teams.
