I know state seating is set up D1 vs D2 and D3 vs D4, but could anyone tell me how the brackets will be set up?

If I'm figuring this right,the D1 1st place will wrestle the D2 4th place, D1 2nd place will wrestle D2 3rd place.

Yes you are right.

Usually around this time of year someone posts a skeleton bracket, showing exactly which place from which district goes where in the bracket. The pairings are all 1st. placers v. 4th placers and 2nd v. 3rd, but there is a little flip-flopping that goes on in there somewhere. Sometimes they do it right after districts. I can't remember who does it, but whoever you are, please do it again. Thanks!

That is close with the exception of showing a duplicate of:
D-2 #3
D-1 #2
for a total of 18 wrestlers instead of the actual 16.

Any speculation on which side of the bracket any particular #2 or #3 district qualifier will be placed is only guesswork at this point. The actual pairings will be announced immediately after the district tournaments.
