Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School What happened to VALLEY CENTER

I was just checkin through Cosmo results page and on the Augusta link there seems to be none of the Valley Center studs from like 119-160 or so (excluding Ashpole) that seemed to have placed. Was the competition that tough or were they just not in the lineup? Confusions....need answers!

There was some good competition at the tournament, as there always is; but unless I'm mistaken, those "studs" weren't at the tournament. They did pretty well without them though. Not that they couldn't have done better with their entire varsity line up, but they represented themselves well.

Where were them "studs"

If I recall correctly from last year in regards to another tournament, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) Coach Shelton over-schedules each year. He then allows each varsity wrestler to skip one tournament each season.
